Deep within the Pine Barrens of southern New Jersey lies a town that has always been remarkably good at keeping itself to itself. Ravenswell exists. People live there, work there, raise families there and have done so for generations. Deliveries arrive. Businesses trade. The local paper reports the news, children go to school, and tourists somehow manage to find their way into town every season. And yet Ravenswell has never fitted comfortably into the ordinary world

Gravepetals
COMING 23RD OCTOBER 2026 Ravenswell has always kept its secrets. Then the flowers arrive. It begins with a crack like a shotgun as a paving stone splits beneath the maple tree outside the Crow & Cauldron. Through the gap pushes a white flower, purple at its heart. By morning there are two. Then ten. They spread at an impossible rate. For Rowan Ashcroft, Mae Stillwater and Vince De Marco, the Crow & Cauldron has always been home: a witch’s shop and coffee house at the heart of Ravenswell. The one thing Ravenswell cannot afford is attention. Now the flowers are all over the internet. Tourists and vloggers pour in, local dogs vanish, and one vlogger disappears altogether. The town is becoming what it has never wanted to be: noticed. With a group of Satanists arriving to make things worse, and the shop’s cat keeping far too many secrets, will Rowan, Vince and Mae uncover what has awakened beneath Ravenswell before something far more dangerous escapes? Because some things thrive when everyone is watching.

Lore, craft, and the kind of knowledge that doesn't belong in ordinary books.
An altar is not decoration. It is a conversation — between you, your intention, and whatever it is you are calling toward you. We have built a few. We have also dismantled a few after things got unexpectedly loud. Here is what we have learned about building a space that listens back.
Read in the Grimoire →There are books that change you quietly, over years. And there are books that change you immediately, in the dark, with a candle burning low and the distinct feeling that something is reading over your shoulder. We have compiled both kinds. This is the Ravenswell reading list — curated by those who know what the shelves are really for.
